We try to offer a prompt service and this is reflected in our delivery and a returns policy that means you can buy with confidence. We offer COMPLIMENTARY WORLDWIDE SHIPPING.
We aim to deliver your goods within 6 working days from receipt of your order (subject to stock availability). In the event that a particular item is temporarily out of stock, we will advise you accordingly and provide an estimated delivery date.

RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY
£5 RETURNS ON ALL ORDERS, via DHL COURIER SERVICE
Risk in any Product shall pass to the Customer upon delivery. It shall be the responsibility of the customer to ensure products against all risks from the time of delivery.
You may cancel your purchase of goods by notifying Johnstons of Elgin either by email or phone within 2 days of your order being placed. In such cases a full refund will be made to the purchaser's original payment method.
You may return your purchase of goods with proof of purchase within 28 days of date of invoice to Johnstons of Elgin ecommerce at the address provided below. The returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with garment tags still attached. Note: if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods Johnstons of Elgin reserve the right not to accept your return. Johnstons of Elgin will refund your purchase price to you in full within 28 days of the receipt of your returned goods. Please note proof of postage is not proof of delivery.
To request a return please visit our International Returns Portal, please note that you will require your online order number and e mail address. The cost of return delivery, £5, will be deducted from your refund.

Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office in case your package fails to reach us. It is the responsibility of the customer to return items to Johnstons of Elgin and obtain suitable insurance for the value of goods enclosed.
