We are delighted to welcome you back to our London store, and while some aspects of your shopping experience may be a little different than before, our exceptional customer service remains the same. Our employees and customers are important to us, and to ensure their safety, we have put the following provisions in place:
Social Distancing – we ask that customers maintain the recommended distance from other shoppers while in store.
Fitting Rooms – for the safety of our customers, our fitting rooms are currently closed. To allow customers more time to try items on at home, and return any purchases that might be unsuitable, we have extended our returns policy to 60 days.
Contactless Payment – where possible, we ask that customers use contactless payment options for faster, safer checkout.
Hand Sanitising – for your convenience, Hand Sanitising Stations are in place at the entrance to each of our stores.
If you have any symptoms of Covid-19, we request that you do not visit our store.
Personal Shopping Service
The store will also be offering a Personal Shopping service. To arrange an appointment, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. A member of our store team will then contact you to confirm your appointment.

Please note: the store is operating under strict social distancing and health and safety standards, based on current UK government guidelines regarding COVID-19, allowing only a limited number of customers in store at any one time. While it is not necessary to book an appointment in order to visit, it is recommended to avoid waiting times or alternatively one of our team would be happy to provide a phone consultation, and process any orders to be despatched directly to you.
